Hi, I went on stage at 6:30 PM at underground comedy club, Bengaluru. Two hours before the show, I was anxious. My mental health was in a bad shape. Usually when I’m like that I get into self sabotaging behaviour. Today I decided to change the pattern. Instead of resorting to self sabotaging behaviour, I decided to create. I’m uploading entire video without any edits. Within two hours of recording it. I don’t care how this video does. This I have done for me. This is a proof that, I fought my negative Pattern and I created. This is a proof and reminder to myself that, even in the lowest point of life, I can turn my pain into art.
