I am a huge fan of the film and always wanted to try this effect out. Done using Optical Flares by Videocopilot and After Effects CS5. Done in 15 minutes, I literally wrapped my canon bags strap, my guitar cables and a plumbing wire. On my chest is a light bulb holder stuck with electrical tape.
