Unscripted | 12 year Old | Guy from Wayanad | Stand up comedy by Rajasekhar Mamidanna Sometimes I wonder why are not frogs to be seen that much during rainy season. I remember as a kid, I used to get excited because rainy season would bring a lot of frogs of all sizes. There was one time, a frog got into a chappal at my house when we were kids. Me and other kids started chasing that frog out of that chappal. It jumped around and went around the house. My grand father was sleeping on a folding chair and it went underneath and it jumped into his Lungi. We don't know what it did inside but we could see what my grand pa did outside. He jumped out of his chair and for a second, he behaved like frog. That's when I understood that you become what goes inside you. If good goes inside you, you become good. If bad goes inside you, you become bad and if frog goes inside you, you become a frog. I missed those days of frogs. I am sure in Villages and in some places in cities frogs are to be seen but it's rare. A couple of weeks back, I saw a frog in my apartment basement and I followed it around. It just disappeared through a narrow gap in the gate, as I was approaching the gate, a girl appeared through that gate. For a second I thought, 'what ? frog turned into princess?' I looked at her and said, are you a princess?' She smiled and left. This is still better because when similar incident happened during my MBA, I asked a girl, are you a frog. She didn't appreciate it. But I learned from my mistakes. This is my What the frog story. Next time you see a frog somewhere, be respectful. It could be a princess or a prince in the future. I think, this frog story jumped into conclusion now. Did you see what I did there? Okay fine I don't know why I am typing all this here.
