Abbas Momin is a Mumbai-based stand-up comedian, writer and podcast producer who has been part of the Indian comedy scene since 2012. A former dental student who switched to comedy after a steady diet of US and UK sitcoms, he performs largely in English with observational, anecdotal sets and confident crowd work. Momin has produced and co-hosted shows at IVM Podcasts including Cyrus Says and How to Citizen, written for Rolling Stone India, GQ and The Indian Express, and gigs regularly at rooms such as The Comedy Store and Canvas Laugh Club.
