Agrima Joshua is an Indian stand-up comedian originally from Lucknow and based in Mumbai. She started doing stand-up in 2015 and broke through with the bit UP is the Texas of India, working with the AIB collective during the same period. Her sets are mostly in Hindi-English and lean on observational material about religion, gender and small-town India. Joshua has appeared on showcases such as Dark Night Comedy Show, It's Not Even Funny, Minority Quota and Comedy Unstoppable, and drew national attention in 2020 over a Shivaji-related bit that prompted threats and a controversial public apology.
