Kunal Rao is a Mumbai-based English-language stand-up comedian and one of the early figures of India's club comedy scene. A former chartered accountant who walked away from a London finance career, he has been performing since 2011 and is a co-founder of the comedy collective East India Company. He toured nationally as the opening act for Sorabh Pant's Pant on Fire, released the specials Holy Krao! and It's Not Okay, and runs writing workshops mentoring newer comics on the craft.
