Nishant Tanwar is a Delhi-based stand-up comedian, writer and actor who began doing comedy in 2009 after leaving a producer role at NDTV. Performing mostly in Hindi, he is known for anecdotal sets and a brash Delhi voice that takes on stereotypes, family life and Indian social habits. He has released two hour-long specials on Amazon Prime Video, Dilli Se Hoon and Gaadi Tera Bhai Chalayega, and has toured extensively across India and Southeast Asia. A founding member of Delhi's IPL improv troupe, he also goes by the stage tags Joke Singh and Rider OP online.
